This is a 100 ish workout calendar that combines many of the workouts from MM100 with basically all of the LIIFT 4 routines The latter is a four day per week program so it is easily combined with another program like MM100 I started this calendar on Monday March 2 with Cardio Meltdown 1 and finished on Saturday May 30 with Melt
